How long does a bar of soap last?
With proper care, most customers can expect a bar to last around 3–4 weeks. To help it last even longer, allow it to dry between uses. A soap saver bag or draining soap dish works beautifully.
When will my order ship?
We carefully hand-pack every order on our Alberta homestead.
To help protect your whipped tallow cream during the warmer months, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so your package is less likely to spend the weekend sitting in a warm delivery truck or warehouse.
Most in-stock orders leave our homestead within 2–4 business days, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Why is there a flat rate shipping charge?
Shipping handcrafted products across Canada can vary quite a bit depending on where you live.
Instead of charging different rates for every province, we've chosen a simple flat rate so checkout stays easy and predictable.
We also absorb a portion of the shipping cost ourselves, helping keep delivery as affordable as possible while ensuring your collection arrives safely.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Absolutely!
We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
If you're ordering from outside Canada and have any questions, we're always happy to help before you place your order.
What if my favourite scent is sold out?
Because every bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches, popular scents occasionally sell out.
When available, you'll have the option to pre-order your collection.
Your order will be crafted just for you and shipped once the soap has fully cured... a process that takes approximately 4–6 weeks. We believe good skincare is worth the wait, and we never rush the curing process just to fill an order.
